#004, Margiela Tabi Boots + MY THEME DAMN UGLY.

So you know how I only ever update when I buy news shoes? Well here is a spanking new update. I'm pretty sure no one comes here and read about me talking about my (pretty) shoes, I like how when I come here I can just see how new my shoes were and how beat up they are now (lesigh). Take for an example, my Hudsons. My last entry was October-ish? Now they are falling apart, and not even one year?! But it's true that I do wear them 24/7..

Well I was supposed to go to Japan during this month/summer/now but problems cropped up and I have to be mature. So well that gave me like some extra money (to buy shoes) and here we are! I just wanna add I haven't bought a new pair since January, and my January buy isn't even here yet (VPOST, I'M LOOKING RIGHT AT CHU). But oh well, I guess if I kick up a fairly big fuss they would be a little more automatic (no more next time VPost, you have failed me so terribly. Remember my Margiela bag that took a whole freaking 3 months to come?)

Finally I got my dream shoes, I've been lusting after them since the moment I got into fashion and found the wonderful label that is Maison Martin Margiela. But the price has also put me off since I really don't see any point in stepping on a pair of 1k+ shoes. Although I am willing to step on >1k shoes. It's just something I cannot explain. So anyway I've scored them online for a pretty cheap price (in terms of Margiela, not being on sale, AND classic item), a price that is the cheapest I know I can get. And they have been so good to me. Since I haven't got any socks to wear with them I had to go barefoot. So far so good. The leather is so soft, I know I have sworn off calfskin because it's just plain cruel but I totally didn't realize the material until AFTER I have ordered. So I'm feeling pretty guilty about this actually.

Just that day I stood in the rain + soil and got sand/mud/soil/grass all over it. For that day I felt as though I've lost the pristine texture and condition :( Oh well, this is Singapore for you.
